In Business: I read about interesting people and unique ideas in industries unrelated to soccer and then I figure out ways to tailor and apply this knowledge to what I am doing.

In Personal Development:  I make a point to find and try activities that support me living my best life.

In Travel:  I remain flexible about where I go and what mode of transportation that I will use to get there.

In Creating Opportunities: What I have between my two ears is my greatest weapon. I ask for guidance to see small details, recognize unique solutions and connect with overlooked prospects.

Shocking your leg muscles with a new set of intense exercises are sure to come with some soreness.  Here are three things that I do to help my leg muscles recover from my trainings, both on and off the field.

  1. Drink a lot of water.  Water helps to remove the lactic acid build that occurs which results in soreness.
  2. I stretch (before and after my workouts).  To relieve muscle tightness, I am constantly stretching.
  3. Hop in an ice bath.  I know it is not fun, and quite a bit painful at first, but once I get out of a 20 minute sit in the tub, my legs feel brand new.

What’s the power in a pair of legs?  David Beckham’s yielded $195 million dollar insurance policy in 2006.  Tina Turner’s landed her a Hanes campaign.  For a few lucky ladies, theirs became a part of pop culture history with a highlight in ZZ Tops’ hit on the subject.  And for me, my legs helped me shine in a Fila ad campaign. So to help others who aspire to turn heads with their legs, we are launching a 7- week exercise series entitled Goddess Legs 3-90.  In each episode, I teach you three leg drills that I do to keep my legs at the top of their game on and off the soccer field.  Then, we perform those same drills together in a 90 second workout.
