According to a 2013 Cosmopolitan.com article, women will spend a total of 72 days of their life shaving their legs.  If this in fact the case, I would like to encourage you to add an extra 90 seconds to your 4 minute daily routine of leg maintenance.  I'm quite sure the benefits of doing a Goddess Legs 3-90 workout will make you feel a little bit better about this "most hated body maintenance ritual."  Enjoy episode two!
